Beautiful beaches and friendly neighborhood

Sag Harbor is the un hampton yet has all the chic amenities of the area. We have a wonderful community of friendly people who live year round and vacation here. Sag Harbor is a great walking town with a professional theatre and a great old movie house on main street. We have lots of great restaurants and many cafes and pubs. Sag Harbor is located on the bay only 6 miles to the ocean. Sag Harbor is a small quaint whaling town with historic homes also very natural and scenic. Unfortunately we get too crowded in the summer time with tourist and the cost of living has skyrocketed in the past 5 years.
